Weekend Countdown: 'The Nutcracker'
A holiday classic dances its way to Salem High School.
Hello on this wet Tuesday (if the forecast is correct), which brings us another day closer to the weekend. Yesterday we suggested Forever After Productions' Little Women: The Musical.
Today we choose:
The Nutcracker
- Where: Salem High School
- When: 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday
- Pricing: $20 adults, $15 children 12 and under. To participate in the Sugar Plum Parade, post-show, is $3
- Why Go: Follow young Clara and her Nutcracker Prince as they battle the Rat King, journey to the lands of snow and sweets, all set to the beautiful compositions of Tchaikovsky and danced by members of the Plymouth-Canton Ballet. It's a can't-miss holiday classic.
