Ages 9-18, registration is required
We will use the beautiful Rock Poster Art Exhibit in the Gallery as our inspiration and learn some simple graphic design techniques to help students make eye-catching posters, club announcements, report covers, science fair boards, etc. All materials will be provided, but bring your own sketch pad if you have one, along with an idea for a poster that you would like to create in class. Instructor: Lisa Howard, Exhibit Director and Graphic Artist

Noise pollution is something that effects everyone in the community. Some noise is unavoidable, however this is one instance where it is entirely avoidable. The auto industry spends millions to make cars and trucks run quieter and then we have trains with ear-piercing horns in the middle of the night. Doesn't make sense to me.
