The Chamber Music Society of Detroit presents Christoph Prégardien, Tenor, and Menahem Pressler, Piano

The internationally acclaimed German tenor Christoph Prégardien will perform Franz Schubert’s song cycle Die Winterreise with pianist Menahem Pressler on Saturday, December 15 at 8:00 PM.  


 


The concert takes place at the Seligman Performing Arts Center, located at 22305 West 13 Mile Road (at the corner of Lahser and 13 Mile Roads), Beverly Hills, on the campus of Detroit Country Day School.  Tickets $30 - $60; advance student tickets are available at half price; student rush tickets are $10. At 6:45 PM, Dr. Steven Rings, Assistant Professor of Music at the University of Chicago, will discuss Schubert’s song cycle, Die Winterreise, in a Pre-Concert Talk which is open to ticket holders free of charge.
