Noise pollution is something that effects everyone in the community. Some noise is unavoidable, however this is one instance where it is entirely avoidable. The auto industry spends millions to make cars and trucks run quieter and then we have trains with ear-piercing horns in the middle of the night. Doesn't make sense to me.
