Good Morning USA Pancake Breakfast to Benefit the Plymouth-Canton Marching Band

The Plymouth-Canton Marching Band (PCMB), will be the beneficiary of the fourth annual “Good Morning USA” Pancake Breakfast scheduled for July 4th, 2013 in downtown Plymouth. The pancake and sausage breakfast is hosted by the Plymouth-Canton Music Boosters. Tickets are available at the door for $7 per person, children under five are free.

The breakfast will begin at 7:00 am in the Gathering, right off of Kellogg Park, and will continue as the “Good Morning USA Parade” gets underway and run through 11:00 am or until sold out.

The Plymouth-Canton Marching Band also performs in the parade. In addition to pancakes and sausage, patrons can enjoy juice and coffee as they watch the annual Independence Day parade. Proceeds from the sale of tickets will benefit the Plymouth-Canton Marching Band for the upcoming marching band season.

About Plymouth-Canton Marching Band: PCMB is a high school marching band comprised of students from Plymouth, Canton and Salem High Schools in Canton, Mich. The band is led by David Armbruster, Jonathan Thomann, and a professional staff dedicated to a professional music experience. In 2012, the band was named State Champions at the 2012 Michigan Competing Band Association Championship. The band also was a 2012 National Finalist at the Bands of America Grand National Championship and placed 12th overall in the nation. In 1990, 1991, and 1999 PCMB was named Grand National Champions at the Bands of America National Competition, earning the first place title over 93 other bands from across the nation.  PCMB is comprised of approximately 200 students. PCMB has won over 500 award in 25 years, with 23 State Championship titles from the MCBA- Michigan Competing Band Association.
