Don’t be One-Sided When Retraining Your Muscles

Creator of Fitness By Greg Muscle Care, Greg Greene advises to work both sides equally to fight dominance by one over the other.

Most of us have tendencies that are either left side oriented or right-sided. This is perfectly natural, as one side may have become more dominant over the other by natural tendencies or outside influence. 

The only problem with that, as far as your muscularity is concerned, is the absence of, or lessening of, stretching, flexing and stressing of the less dominant side.

Make up for that in your workouts by emphasizing movement with both right and left, equally.
