Stress Is Not Always A Bad Thing

Fitness author Greg Greene briefly describes the formula for losing weight, gaining muscle and increasing bone density.

I know, they say that exercise helps to relieve stress, but stress itself is what makes the exercise effective. Ironic, isn’t it?

I am talking about physical stress comprising the basis for creating an exhaustion of muscles leading to relaxation of the nervous system. That’s the good kind of stress at work.

Six days out of the week, you can surely extract thirty-five to forty minutes to stress muscle groups, including your heart and lungs, can’t you? If you can stress each group three times per week there is a real good chance that you’ll lose weight, gain muscle, and increase bone density.
