Celebrate the Spirit of the Holidays. Come See the Plymouth-Canton Band Directors Working at McDonalds in Canton -- All to Support the High School Band Programs

Come celebrate the spirit of the holidays by supporting the band programs at the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park at McDonald's in Canton on Tuesday, December 18, from 5-8 p.m.

The Plymouth-Canton Music Boosters (PCMB) together with the Plymouth-Canton band directors at the three high-school Educational Park are hosting a fundraising event at McDonald’s in Canton on Tuesday, December 18th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The music educators from the high schools and directors for the Plymouth-Canton Marching Band will be on hand to prepare meals and take orders at McDonald’s located at 44900 Ford Road in Canton.  In the spirit of the holiday season, we encourage the community to come out to McDonald's to support this wonderful treasure -- the band programs at the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park.

And, members of the 2012 State Champion Plymouth-Canton Marching Band will be performing live during the three-hour event.  A percentage of all food sales will be donated back to the Music Boosters and the band programs -- so the more the merrier!

The fundraising event is being hosted by the Music Boosters to help with costs associated with the entire band program at Plymouth-Canton Educational Park.

The Plymouth Canton Music Boosters are a parent-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting high school Band, Color Guard and Percussion students from Plymouth, Canton and Salem High Schools in Canton, Mich. The programs are led by director David Armbruster, assistant director Jonathan Thomann, and a professional staff dedicated to providing students with an outstanding educational experience.  The Plymouth-Canton Education Park music program is the home of the nationally acclaimed Plymouth-Canton Marching Band.  The P-C Marching Band has won over 500 awards in 15 years, earning the State Championship from the MCBA- Michigan Competing Bands Association 23 times.

Happy Holidays and hope to see you at McDonald's on Tuesday, December 18 from 5-8 p.m.!
