In my family, my dad will tell you, we celebrate Labor Day everyday. As a 37-year veteran of the Ford Motor Company and a past UAW member, he taught me and my two sisters to value hard work, to treat others with dignity and respect, and to stand up for what is right.
As we celebrate today, we honor the labor movement and all that workers and unions have done for everyday Americans. As your candidate, our team is focused on building an unstoppable organization that fuels our movement with people. Together we will build capacity so we strengthen and support middle class families.
