It's back! Five Things is making its triumphant return today on Plymouth Patch and Canton Patch, and it will look a little different.

The traffic map and gas prices you once saw with each edition of Five Things both are now located under "Commute" at the top of the page, so you won't be seeing those here. Also, just to the right of the Patch logo you will see a weather icon. If you hover over it, you can see the weekly forecast and click for more details. Because those three items are all easily accessible from our main page, that opens up more slots for useful information to share with our readers.

Also, each day will feature a piece of unique content along with five things you need to know. Today, you will see a trivia question that you can answer in the story comments. We'll roll out each subsequent feature in the following days, so stay tuned!

5. Daisy Wall fundraising update coming Wednesday at Planning Commission meeting

The Plymouth Preservation Network (PPN) will update the Plymouth Planning Commission on Wednesday about its fundraising efforts to save the iconic Daisy Wall by turning it into a pavilion and park. Plymouth-Canton Community Schools will offer a Young Fives program in 2012-13. The district has an interest form online for interested parents that can be filled out here. More information on the program is available on the district website.
