Former Mexican restaurant sits empty along Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township. What should go in its place?

Blue Margarita 2 in its location at 39500 E. Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township.

The restaurant, which opened in April 2011, recently shut its doors, leaving a vacancy just east of Interstate 275.
