Spring coming soon - that means youth baseball!!

Spring is on the way and it's time to register for Plymouth-Canton Little League's 2013 season and new baseball clinic series!

It's cold. Snow's on the ground. It's dark and tough to get up in the morning (at least for me). With all that, it's easy to to forget that spring's right around the corner, and it's already time to register for the 2013 youth baseball season.

Plymouth-Canton Little League (PCLL) online registration is underway (www.ply-canll.com) and the divisions are filling up fast.  If you prefer to register face-to-face, walk-in registration is on Sunday, Feb. 10, 1:00 - 4:00 pm at Plaza Lanes (42001 Ann Arbor Road between Haggerty and Lilley in Plymouth).

New this year, PCLL is holding a series of clinics on hitting, pitching and fielding at Total Baseball in Wixom. The clinics are just $10 each, and they're a great way for your child to get quality instruction ahead of the upcoming season.

So shake off the winter blahs! Spring is on the way, and soon you'll be watching your kids have fun playing baseball in the sun!  That is, if you make sure you register before it's too late...
