Police and snow removal on Penniman

Patrol passes by house and turns around to tell me I was creating a unsafe situation and could be ticketed because my snowblower was overshooting the right of way.

Look to see how much fell into street!  Maybe he could get out of car and knock on all the doors of people that refuse to EVER clean their sidewalks?

Really!

I don't think people should blow snow in the street. Not on a main road or in a neighborhood. Jeez, he only gave her a warning! As far as the people that don't do their sidewalk, call the ordnance enforcer...

Having spent 21 years living on Penniman, I can tell you Plymouth police are complete dicks. I've never lived anywhere where cops thought they were so high speed, but did nothing but hassle young drivers and threaten people clearing their driveway. Good work PPD! You guys are a shining example of what hardcore policing is all about!
