Stay Connected With the Plymouth Whalers This Summer

Although members of the Plymouth Whalers are finishing up the school year at the Plymouth Educational Park and preparing for the upcoming 2014-15 season, you can still stay connected with the team this off-season.

As they have for the past ten seasons, the Whalers will participate in Monday's Memorial Day in Plymouth.

The Whalers will join other local businesses - and mascot Shooter - at 9 am on Monday in the tradition of marching through the street of Plymouth.

THE 300 CLUB:  The Whalers' Charitable Donations program has made its annual 12-month goal for another season.

The Whalers donated tickets, memorabilia, player appearances or other items to over 300 event this season - something the team has done every year for at least the past five seasons.

"We've really concentrated on local events," said Pete Krupsky, Plymouth Whalers' Director of Communications and Community Relations.  "While our main area is the Plymouth-Canton-Novi-Northville-area and Western Wayne County, we range to Howell and Brighton, out to Ann Arbor and Jackson and as far south as Toledo.

"We appreciate the opportunity to get involved with so many worthwhile events."

If you are interested in contacting the Whalers about your event, please fill out a Donations Form found on the front page of www.plymouthwhalers.com.
