Nathan Michael Kuhn, 28, whom police suspect robbed the Comerica Bank inside Kroger on Oct. 24, was charged Saturday with bank robbery.
Kuhn, a Westland resident, will have a preliminary hearing Nov. 8 in 35th District Court to determine whether he will face charges of bank robbery and being a habitual offender, according to the Canton Observer.
Kuhn pleaded not-guilty to charges. If convicted, he could face up to life in prison, the Observer reported.
Police arrested Kuhn Friday, after releasing surveillance photos taken during the robbery.
According to an earlier news release, a man entered the bank Thursday around 4 p.m., passed a note requesting money, and implied that he had a gun. Police said he then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
