At Least One Hospitalized in I-275 Traffic Accident
Accident scene cleared on I-275 south of Ann Arbor Trail.
At least one person was hospitalized today in a traffic accident on southbound Interstate 275 just south of Ann Arbor Trail in Plymouth Township.
Plymouth Township police and fire personnel, Huron Valley Ambulance EMTs and Michigan State Police responded to the scene at about 6 p.m. One person was seen being transported from the crash scene in an ambulance, and a small black car was in the median, with a trail of debris following the car from beneath the overpass at Ann Arbor Trail.
A white van was parked at the right shoulder of the expressway, but it was unclear if the vehicle was involved in the accident.

The scene cleared at about 6:10 p.m.
Further details about the crash were not available Monday night. A message was left with Michigan State Police seeking comment.
