Canton Police Investigating Increasing Indecent Exposure Incidents

All seven incidents involve an unknown man approaching women pedestrians or joggers and exposing himself to them, police said.

Canton Police are investigating a rising amount of indecent exposure cases.

The number of incidents has risen to seven, including the first two on July 15 and July 21, which reported by Patch.

All incidents involve a female witness either walking or jogging, when an unknown man approaches and exposes himself to them. 

The last two cases happened within minutes of each other around 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 25, police said. 

One of the Aug. 25 incidents happened near Palmer and Lilley, with the suspect pictured above. The man is described as between the ages of 18 to 25, approximately 5'10" to 5'11" with brown hair and an unshaven face. 

The second Aug. 25 incident happened near Canton Center Road, near Stonewood. Police said the witness described a different man as the suspect. He is described as being between the ages of 45 to 55, 6' tall, approximately 200 pounds with a scraggly beard and medium build.

Police are asking anyone who may recognize the man to contact the Canton Police Department at 734-394-5400.
