Crime Report: Car Stereos Reported Stolen in Township
The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
were dispatched April 25 to the 9000 block of General Drive for a report of a stolen car stereo, according to a police report.
The vehicle owner told police he had parked his vehicle at 8 a.m. that day and when he returned at 2 p.m., the driver's side front window had been broken out and the car radio and five CDs were missing, the report said.
The man was unable to provide a make or model number of the car radio and police have no suspects, the report said.

Car stereo reported missing at Butternut Avenue
Plymouth Township Police were dispatched April 25 to the 11000 block of Butternut Avenue for a report of a stolen car stereo.
The owner of the vehicle told police she last saw her vehicle intact at about 2:30 a.m., when she and a friend went out to her 1999 Oldsmobile to smoke a cigarette, the report said. When she went to take her friend home at 4 a.m., she told police, she noticed someone had stolen her car stereo.

The vehicle owner told police that someone also had gone through her glove box and center console, the report said. However, she told police nothing else was missing besides the radio. She told police she believes she had left her driver’s side door unlocked. Police have no suspects.
