Crime Report: Rolex Watch, iPod Reported Stolen

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

One June 5, took a report at the station for a report of a stolen Rolex wristwatch and iPod, according to a police report.

A man told police his family was using the swimming pool at a condominium complex at the 44000 block of Lynn Drive during the Memorial Day holiday and he placed his watch and his daughter’s iPod under a towel near the pool.

The man told police when he returned at 5:30 p.m., both items were missing, the report said. The man told police he did not see anyone near the two items when he was in the pool and does not have any suspects but, because of the holiday, several residents were using the pool.

Wedding ring reported missing from home after fire

Plymouth Township Police took a report June 6 at the station for a report of a wedding ring taken from a home.

The homeowner told police that her home sustained a fire May 23 and over the following two weeks, more than 30 different workers were doing repairs at the home. She told police that, during that time period, her wedding ring was taken from the home.
