Crime Report: XBox 360 Stolen from Apartment

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Plymouth Township Police were dispatched April 23 to , on the 39000 block of Greenview Place, to speak with a tenant who said between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on April 22, his green XBox 360 Halo Edition was stolen from his apartment, according to a police report.

According to the report, the man told police he also noticed 20 games for the system missing from a rack next to the TV stand. He also told police he keeps the doors locked except when he takes his dog outside for a few minutes at a time. Buildings at the complex have locked entrances. The man told police he does not have any possible suspects at this time and that he contacted the property managers about the incident, the report said.

Tires reported slashed

Plymouth Township Police were dispatched April 21 to Heritage Drive for a report of slashed tires, according to a police report.

The vehicle owner told police that sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. April 21, someone punctured the four tires on her black 2002 Pontiac Grand Am, the report said. The woman also told police the person had keyed the car on its left and right rear panels, the report said.

The woman told police her son drove the vehicle on April 20 to a bar with friends and at 10 a.m. the following day, a neighbor told him he had flat tires on the car, the report said.

Hammer drill stolen from truck

Plymouth Township Police took a report April 20 from a man who said a hammer drill was stolen from his 2004 Chevy Silverado, which he told police he left unlocked, according to a police report.

The man told police that on April 16, he has his truck parked in his driveway at his residence on Manton, the report said. He told police on the side floor board of the truck, he had left a DeWalt-brand 18-volt hammer drill in its carrying case, the report said. He told police he believes sometime that night, someone had broken into his unlocked truck and stolen the drill.

The man told police he doesn't have any suspects, but that this was the second or third time his truck had been broken into this year, the report said. He told police he doesn't lock his truck because he typically does not keep anything valuable inside.
