Employees inside were already calling 911 to report the man trying to open locked Cinema doors, the report said.

The man told police that he was just trying to get inside because he was cold. Police said the man was visibly cold, wearing only jeans and a hoodie and temperatures were less than 30 degrees outside, the report said.

The man said he was on a party bus in Royal Oak with friends when the bars closed and he took a taxi to the Canton Dairy Queen. He said he began walking home to Ypsilanti, the report said.

The man told police he was at the Urgent Care looking for a place to get warm. He said that he saw the cameras and apologized for breaking the glass, the report said.

Police gave the man a breathalyzer which came back as 0.159 blood alcohol concentration. The man was arrested and transported to the Canton Police Department.
