Plymouth Township Man Reports Car Stolen After Leaving Keys Inside
Police said the car was also left unlocked.
Plymouth Township Police were patrolling the area of Brookside and Brooksville Road searching for cars that may have been broken into overnight between Oct. 8 and Oct. 9, when a man approached and reported his car stolen, according to a police report.
The man told police that he had parked his 2012 Ford Escape in the driveway of his home on Brookside Lane and when he woke up the next morning, his car was gone.
According to the report, the car was not locked and the keys were left inside.
