Plymouth Township Woman Reports Endorsed Paychecks Stolen from Car

Police said the woman took in groceries and does not remember if she locked the car or not.

A 33-year-old Plymouth Township woman reported two endorsed paychecks stolen from her car during the night between Sept. 14 and Sept. 15, according to a police report.

The woman told police that she parked her car in the driveway of her home on Plymouth Way and immediately took groceries inside. She said she does not remember if she locked the car and did not go back out the rest of the night, the report said.

The woman said she noticed the driver side door slightly ajar the next morning. When she got inside, she saw the coin tray below the radio was empty and the contents from the armrest were emptied out onto the passenger seat, the report said.
