Police Blotter: Apartment Storage Unit Robbed

The victim reported to police that a pair of subwoofers and a set of knives were missing from his personal storage unit.

On Sunday, Plymouth Township police were called to Shadywood Apartments on Shadywood Lane to hear a complaint about a possible theft of items from a basement storage locker.

According to the police report, a 20-year-old man said he put a pair of subwoofers and a set of knives in the locker on Saturday night. He said he locked the gate to the locker after putting the items in. On Sunday, when he opened the locker to put more things inside, he found the gate open and the subwoofers and knives missing.

Also on Sunday, Plymouth Township police were called to to file a report about a theft from a 2010 white Jeep Patriot.

According to the police report, the car's owner, a 22-year-old female, said she parked in the northeast parking lot around noon and when she came back out at 4:30 p.m., she found the driver's side rear window broken and a bag containing two college textbooks missing.
