Vehicle Reported Stolen in Plymouth Township

The following information was provided by Plymouth Township Police. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Plymouth Township Police responded March 2 to a residence at Newport Court for a report of a stolen vehicle, according to a police report.

A woman at the residence told police she parked her silver 2008 Chevrolet Impala in her designated parking space at 10:30 p.m. on March 2 near her residence. She told police that on March 2 she received a call from a friend coming to visit who noticed her vehicle was not in its designated space and wondered if she was home.

The woman told police she was certain she locked her car and that she kept both sets of keys in her possession and was up to date on car payments. She told police she does not have any suspects.

Police entered the vehicle information into its computer network as stolen.
