A round up of court cases in the 35th District Court from June 8, 2011 – June 22, 2011, covering Plymouth, Canton and Northville.

The following items are updates on cases in the 35th District Court, which servesNorthville, Plymouth and Canton. Not all items, unless otherwise noted, reflect guilty pleas or convictions.

Bociri Alsaidi, 26, Dearborn

  • Pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud
  • Sentenced to a $300 fine and six months of non-reporting probation

Edward Cain Lindow, 27, Canton

  • Originally charged with reckless use of a firearm, the charge was amended to disorderly person
  • Pleaded guilty and received a delayed sentence with referral to the probation office.

Robert Heath Certo, 21, Belleville

  • Pleaded not guilty to retail fraud on May 24, 2011
  • Pretrial scheduled for July 18, 2011

Alexander Thomas Dixon, 19, Plymouth

  • Pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly charge
  • Sentenced to nine months probation
  • Entered a motion to miss required probation testing because he is on trial elsewhere

John Arthur Bradshaw, 65, Plymouth

  • Charged with possession of an open intoxicant in vehicle as a passenger
  • Arraigned on June 15, 2011
  • Pleaded not guilty and scheduled for pretrial hearing
