Canvassers are recounting ballots today at in the township's clerk and treasurer races.
In the Aug. 7 primary, incumbent Township Clerk Joe Bridgman lost to challenged Nancy Conzelman by eight votes. In the treasurer's primary race, incumbent Ron Edwards defeated Ed Schulz by 400 votes.
While canvassers still are counting the remaining ballots, neither Bridgman nor Schulz have made up ground in the recount with the precincts that have been tallied as of 6:15 p.m.
The process is open to the public.
