What Should Move Into This Plaza Space at Sheldon and Ann Arbor Roads?

The area surrounding Kroger at Sheldon and Ann Arbor roads in Plymouth Township has seen some major changes in the past year, with the expansion of the grocery chain, the elimination of the Big Boy restaurant and addition of a gas station.

Another area that has changed is the ACO Hardware plaza that once also housed Blockbuster Video. Since that video store chain closed its doors locally, Penn Station East Coast Subs has moved in. Alongside Penn Station, however, sits a vacant storefront for lease.
