Plymouth-Canton Culinary Team Finishes Second in Nation
P-CEP-based team has strong finish on national stage.
A team of four students from Plymouth-Canton Educational Park placed second at the 2012 National ProStart Invitational on April 27-29 in Baltimore, MD, according to the district website.
Cayla Phillips, Tessa Warner, Hannah DeAngelis and Haley Chynoweth represented the Park at the 11th annual competition hosted by the National Restaurant Association, the report said.
The team was able to demonstrate their creative abilities through the preparation of a three-course meal in only 60 minutes using industry best practices and skills.
