Sights and Sounds From the Hours Leading to Plymouth Homecoming Kickoff

Plymouth fans tailgate Friday before thrilling game.

students came out to Plymouth-Canton Educational Park in droves before Friday's Homecoming game between the Wildcats and the Canton Chiefs for a tailgating party.

Equipped with a DJ, the space in front of erupted into a dance party, including Plymouth's Wildcat mascot. A tug-of-war rope doubled as a jump rope for one group of students, and hot dogs, sub sandwiches, popcorn and cotton candy were in abundance as students got fired up for the game.

The party began at 4 p.m. and crowds filed into the stadium just before its 7 p.m. kickoff.
