The wrestling team finished second to Hartland, 37-23, for the Kensington Lakes Activities Association championship Monday night.
Hartland (25-2) beat Waterford Kettering, 77-3, in the first semifinal and Canton topped Novi, 50-19 in the second semifinal.
The Chiefs (24-5) got wins from Braden Price (171 pounds), Anthony Abro (189), Ben Poirier (215), Robert Griffin (103), Alec Pantaleo (119) and Alex Eimers (135) in the loss to Hartland.
