C25K Wicked Halloween Core Sport Runners

Running group meets weekly on Saturdays @7am sharp to run through downtown Plymouth.  Warm up & stretching included.  We take you through a modified Couch to 5K program to prepare you for the race.  

Fee to participate includes access to Facebook group & entry into the 5K race + FREE tech long sleeve shirt!  Also discounted classes/massage & swag!  *Must register!*
