Plymouth Crossfit 9/11 Memorial Challenge and Fundraiser

Plymouth Crossfit will host a 9/11 event to help support Christopher Ochs of Flat Rock, MI, who served in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. Chris was paralyzed from the waist down in an explosion just nine days after he hit the ground. Home now, Ochs needs to have his home remodeled to accommodate his needs.

Plymouth Crossfit is sponsoring the 9/11 Memorial Challenge and fundraiser to help remodel Ochs' home, built in 1920. In addition to physical challenges, Ochs is dealing with devastation to his home and furniture, which were destroyed in a recent flood.

The event will feature five “Workouts Of the Day” in three divisions, with 75 slots per division. The cost is $45 to compete, and all proceeds will go to Christopher Ochs.
