1. Today is the last day for this neighborhood's garage sale: Fox Meadow Subdivision (off Canton Center between Warren and Ford roads). Today's sale runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Attention sports fans and people with dirty cars: The Canton Junior Lions Football Club will hold its annual car wash from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in the parking lot of , 201 N. Canton Center Rd. The hand wash will cost $5 per car.

3. Aspiring and current fitness junkies can workout for a cause with WXYZ-TV Channel 7 personality Erin Nicole and Biggest Loser’s Season 7 winner Helen Phillips. They are leading a Booth Camp for a Cause from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at High Velocity Sports, 46245 Michigan Ave. and benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Michigans Summer Camp Programs and the Helen Phillips’ Foundation. Expect to sweat but the rewards (besides a big leap to a healthier day) include snacks and door prizes. Admission is $22;  register for the workout online

4. Canton-based Homeward Bound Rescue League  need seven foster family for adult small-breed dogs.
