J.T. Miller scores game-winner for Whalers in Game 6.

The Plymouth Whalers are advancing in the Ontario Hockey League playoffs after a 2-1 overtime Game 6 thriller Sunday in Guelph.

J.T. Miller scored the game-winner for Plymouth. Scott Wedgewood made 35 saves.

With the win, the Whalers clinch the series against the Guelph Storm, 4-2, to advacn.

Plymouth had dropped the first two of a best-of-seven set before winning four consecutive games, including a 9-3 rout Saturday in Game 5.
