The Canton Chiefs soccer players continue to win, beating Ann Arbor Pioneer for the second time this season. Junior Dan Ovesea; seniors Mitch Posuniak and Nathan Bergeson and senior Connor Furgason scored the Chiefs' goals.
Saturday's 4-1 victory netted Canton the Region 2 title and and a state semi-finals berth.
The Chiefs advance to play Warren De La Salle at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Farmington High School. The game will be played Wednesday, November 2, 6:00, at Farmington High School, 32000 Shiawassee Rd., Farmington.
