Salem JV Rockettes Place at Great Lakes Dance Championship
The ladies took first in hip hop and seventh in pom last Saturday.
The Salem High School Junior Varsity Pom Dance Team competed and placed in two divisions at the Great Lakes Dance Championship at Clarkston High School last Saturday.
The Rockettes took first place with their hip hop routine and seventh with their pom routine.
"These girls not only work very hard at this sport but are the nicest bunch of girls as well," wrote Suzanne Parent, a Rockette mom, in an email to Plymouth-Canton Patch.
