•During the week ending on August 7, the average listing price for homes was $247,211, up 4.1 percent from the week before.
•Broken down further, the average listing price for a 2-bedroom home was $161,811.
•The average listing price for a 3-bedroom home was $189,166.
•And the average listing price for a 4-bedroom home was $321,675.

◦Northville: $483,168
◦Novi: $353,764
◦Livonia: $174,368
◦South Lyon: $365,307
