Detroit Moose, Joe Kocur Face Off Against Ameriprise for 9/11 Anniversary
Moose fall to Ameriprise in commemorative game.
The Detroit Moose Hockey Club, with special guest and former Detroit Red Wings Joe Kocur, faced off against Ameriprise Financial at on Saturday in a game that marked the 10-year anniversary of 9/11.
Ameriprise boasted special guest and NHL veteran Wayne Presley.
The Moose's captain, Derek Fowler, lost two friends in the World Trade Center and formed the Moose team about a year later.
