WHAT: WCC offers two types of scholarships to Washtenaw County high school seniors: the President’s Honor Scholarship and the Procassini Honor Scholarship.

Both pay full tuition for two consecutive semesters – Fall 2014 and Winter 2015. Additionally, they each provide $300 for books each semester. Scholarship winners must take at least 12 credit hours at WCC each semester. To receive the second half of the scholarship for the Winter semester, students will be evaluated on their progress after the Fall semester grades are issued.

The criteria for each scholarship is below:

·    The President’s Honor Scholarship is based on academic achievement. Applicants must have at least a 3.2 grade point average. Five students from each public high school in Washtenaw County will receive scholarships.

Both scholarships are renewable for a second year.

WHEN: The application deadline is March 15. Fall registration for new WCC students begins on March 20.
