Ladies Night Out in Plymouth and More This Week

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your week in Plymouth and Canton.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Plymouth and Canton to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. At the Plymouth District Library

Facebook is the hottest thing in social networking, but what is it and why would adults want to have an account! Learn about the various components, the privacy issues, and the basics of how you would go about getting on Facebook on Wednesday. (You will NOT be creating an account, only learning how to do it.) Classes are open to the general public. Please call the Library at 734-453-0750, option 4, to register.
    2. Local voice of the weekAaron J. Boria has started to blog about local businesses. He writes about his interview with Brent Gostomski, the co-founder of CrossFit Forgiven. (Really cool, must see picture!)

    3.
    For the ladies

Ladies…it’s that time again! This Thursday event is a night for ladies to enjoy an evening on the town with friends. Visit the participating stores and enjoy shopping, gifts, samples, prizes and refreshments. Several restaurants will also have special drinks, appetizers and more. Back by popular demand, Mr. 48170 will again be handing out roses to the first 500 ladies, courtesy of Ribar Floral.

    4. At the Penn Theatre

Part of the September Hitchcock Series. A wealthy San Francisco socialite pursues a potential boyfriend to a small Northern California town that slowly takes a turn for the bizarre when birds of all kinds suddenly begin to attack people there in increasing numbers and with increasing viciousness.
