Brighton Airport is Privately Owned and used primarily for private and recreational pilots. Currently 120 airplanes are housed onsite. It is also the home to Eagles Wings Flight School offering all levels of flight training to the Brighton/Howell communities. It is also the home to EAA Chapter 384. The airport is managed by the Brighton Airport Association and is a non-profit member managed Michigan corporation. It is maintained by owners and users - no government funding. Public use and government approved airfield intended primarily for privately owned, light recreational aircraft. The asphalt runway is 3120 feet long and 24 feet wide.
