It's a below average place but better than most trailer parks, it's wide open instead of clustered together like some I've see. What the past reviewers have said is mostly true though, Managment doesn't do anything around here for house repairs, and some shady people live here, but it's certainly not unsafe to walk around at night. The "drunks playing horseshoes" comment makes it sound worse than it is. You can see it from the front of the lot, the residents around here just like to hang out there occasionally. They're actually really nice people if you get to know them. If you're looking to live here I would recommend trying to get a trailer in the front of the park as they are usually in better condition.

This place is full of drug addicts and scum! nothing but an eyesore to Canton. i heard mgmt is going sell the land and force everyone out on their asses. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Stay away from this place! They are owned by some guy in Vegas who isn't involved at all, doesn't care if managment sits on their asses all day, doing nothing but giving the residents bad attitudes. They refuse to repair any of the issues they are required to repair under their leases (water lines, drainage, etc). They try to force residents out and then when you have to leave because you can't get WATER into your home, they will sue you for leaving even though you can't live under the conditions imposed upon you by their inactions! VERY low class people here both in the office and in the homes, stay away! I wouldn't even have given 1 star but can't leave a review with none!

i live here and hate it mobile homes empty broken windows looks like brightmoor in detroit drug addicts galore drunks playing horseshoes and its scarey at night no lights to light up the park at night owners are crooks i tried to sell my cousin my home last year and they denied him wow he has the income and great credit they want you to leave your home so they can take mobile home and sell it im calling the city tomorrow
