@Matthew Travis I don't agree with the staff not having education with the current trends. They did my last minute prom corsage that no other florist would take, and everyone commented on how much they liked it and asked where I got it from. Coming from the PCEP district, everyone must know the current trends and with the amount of comments I have received, the corsage must have been "in." Also, I believe that flowers should not be a current trend, they should look however the customer wants them to look and if you wanted them to be "in trend" then you should've expressed what you wanted them to look like because everyone likes different styles and looks, so that mistake wasn't on the florist itself, it was on you. I have been going to Keller and Stein ever since I purchased my first flower. My mother and Grandmother still use Keller and Stein to send flowers and purchase flowers for themselves and we have never had a problem with them. The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful.
