They are very unethical!! I was a patient for a few years, made a bad mistake seeing and having Dr. Mann as my Dentist. I was referred by the 800-Dentist #. I recently called 1-800-Dentist, they said he has been removed from their list, too many complaints. I had some pain coming from a tooth, saw Dr. Mann. I was just guessing which tooth, instead of taking an x-ray, he just went with my assumption on which tooth I thought it to be. He crowned it, next day still in pain, he crowned the wrong tooth. What an idiot, a simple x-ray. I had to get another crown for the actual tooth that was bad, when I asked if he would cover any of the expense, he said well, it would have had to be crowned any way, actually that tooth was fine. So, I ended up paying for the two, just to keep the peace. Second mistake, one of my veneers fell off my front tooth, he couln't even do that right, glued it on wrong. Trying not to even tell me, by grinding and whatever else he could do to cover up his mistake, but his wife/assistant said something about it, he told her or me to deal with it. When confronted later about it, he said he never touched that tooth, WTF!!. I have been seeing another Dentist to fix his bad Denistry work. I was appalled on how he treats patients as well as trying to intimidate patients when he does bad work. I would never recommend to anyone. Good luck to all who still go there. They will in time leave, i'm sure. Very funny Staff too. As far as Dr. Mann, what a piece of work.....
