Nice place, good stuff, but I feel like managers do what they want.
I had picked a nice coat for my mother; I asked the cashier to put the coat on the side for about one hour. The cashier was very nice to do this great favor for me. When I got back to the store, I was very disappointed to learn the coat had magically disappeared. I went through all the racks to see if I could find it; but one of the employees said that the manager named Amanda took it, and who knows what happened to it. So I wasted my gas, time to go back to the store. So much for “customer loyalty”! What you can expect from a Salvation Army.I was upset because I am a regular customer and I spend quite a lot of money at this place,, I will still go to that store; they got nice stuff and the workers in general are very nice.

I donated some gold items and was hoping a regular shopper would appreciate them. I asked the employee to see the jewelry and was disapointed when she told me that they only sell silver and sell the regular gold jewelry to the jeweler. When i looked up the salvation army i was further disapointed to learn that they are no longer nonprofit. that means theyonly donate 10% i should have sold my jewelry myself and donated 10 % of the cash.
