Expect unique cars, motorcycles and great live music and sample the different businesses in this unique part of town. 2. The cheapest gas today is $3.73 at the Speedway on 1066 N. Mill St. and Wilcox Rd., according to detroitgasprices.com. 3. Girl Scouts from local Troop 40196 are holding a book drive to benefit Bennett Elementary School in Detroit. Because of a fire, Bennett lost its school library and the scouts are helping it rebuild its book collection. New or gently used books can be dropped in the donation box at the Plymouth District Library.   4. 5 Things You Should Know This Week

Here are five things every Plymouth resident should know this week.

The Plymouth City Commission will meet tonight outdoors at Lions Park at Burroughs and Fairground in Plymouth. On the agenda: A liquor license transfer for Grape Expectations, a final reading of the planning act ordinance, fourth-quarter budget amendments, police command contract and a second reading of the liquor ordinance. The 27th season of kid-friendly concerts kicks off at noon Wednesday at Kellogg Park. The concerts are completely free for attendees. More information is on the event's website. The Plymouth Community Band's concert series continues at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kellogg Park.
