Mill St. and Wilcox Rd., according to detroitgasprices.com. 3. Girl Scouts from local Troop 40196 are holding a book drive to benefit Bennett Elementary School in Detroit. Here are five things every Plymouth resident should know this week.

The Plymouth City Commission will meet tonight outdoors at Lions Park at Burroughs and Fairground in Plymouth. On the agenda: A liquor license transfer for Grape Expectations, a final reading of the planning act ordinance, fourth-quarter budget amendments, police command contract and a second reading of the liquor ordinance. The 27th season of kid-friendly concerts kicks off at noon Wednesday at Kellogg Park. The concerts are completely free for attendees. More information is on the event's website. The Plymouth Community Band's concert series continues at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kellogg Park.
