Whalers, Meijer Look to Team Up With Schools for Food Drive
Participating schools are eligible for prizes.
The Plymouth Whalers have teamed up with Meijer this holiday season to help stock community food pantries by partnering with local elementary schools and providing fun and exciting incentives to help them conduct a successful and fun school-wide food drive with their students and families. Today we wanted to share the details with you and invite you to apply for one of ten food drive partnerships we’ll offer this year. Unfortunately, the need for food has never been greater right in our own neighborhoods and throughout Metro Detroit, so we have stepped up to reward and recognize those local schools that are making a big difference with their food drive.
