A building now used primarily for storage has years of history in the area. The Phoenix Ford Plant at Northville Road, across from Phoenix Lake, was built in 1922 and was a women's-only factory that used to make electronic parts for Ford, according to our community historian Jim Salamary. For the reason it was created, I think it can become a museum of the history of Ford, including photos of women who worked since 1922. I think it would be a source of income for the community.   more ›
