Bike Stolen Outside Kmart in Plymouth Township

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Plymouth Township Police responded Aug. 28 at 3:31 p.m. to a report of larceny outside Kmart, 40855 Ann Arbor Road, according to a police report.  A black Kink BMX style bike with lime green handlebars was taken, the report said. The owner of  the bike said he left his bike outside Kmart and returned five minutes later to find the bike was gone, according to the report. Police do not have a suspect. Plymouth Township Police responded Aug. 28 at 7:34 a.m. to a call from a woman on the 14000 block of Brougham Ct. about suspicious tampering to her silver 2000 Chevrolet Blazer, according to a police report. The owner of the vehicle said there have been at least 15 incidents of her vehicle's battery being dead when she tried to start it in the …

Many retailers such as Toys 'R Us, Kohls, Walmart and Kmart offer wish lists at some location with online gift registries, but beware the pitfalls of electronic gift-seeking.
